The director is the best. Honestly, the consultation manager seemed unprofessional and not great, with things like pressuring me to book the same day and putting down other hospitals ㅋㅋㅋ, but the director had a good eye. They caught subtle eye asymmetry that other hospitals didn’t notice and made a surgical plan for me, so I thought I should do it here. Also, the director is very chic and honestly doesn’t feel particularly kind, but I’m really satisfied with the surgery, and I thought they must be someone who shows it through skill.
