The director is the best. Honestly, the consultation manager seemed unprofessional and not good, with things like pushing for same-day booking and putting down other clinics lol. But the director had a good eye and caught a subtle difference in my eyes that other clinics could not see, and made a surgical plan for me, so I felt like I should do it here. Also, he was pretty cool and honestly not the friendly type, but I thought, this is someone who really shows his skill through the surgery, and I liked the result a lot.
