I ended up having double jaw surgery because of malocclusion.
I didn’t know anything about visiting a lot of clinics or doing my own research, and I went into a large plastic surgery hospital. The building was huge and it seemed like a famous clinic, so I booked the surgery right away.
Looking back now, I was crazy......
At the time, I felt like I needed to get the double jaw surgery done as soon as possible, so I made the decision in a hurry. While I was at it, I also had my cheekbones and jaw slightly refined to make myself prettier.
Fortunately, the surgery seems not to have been pushed too far, my sensation came back well, and the bones healed properly. My bite is aligned well too.
But since so many areas were touched, I ended up with sagging skin.....
Other people say they can’t tell, but after stressing every day over my double chin and my jawline collapsing, I eventually got facial liposuction.
I’m very satisfied with the functional improvement, and aesthetically I did become much prettier, but I think if you have multiple areas touched like I did, it really does mean you have to live with sagging skin for the rest of your life.ㅠㅠ
