I have a bulbous nose with thick skin and no frontal-view effect. Looking at the review photos, it seemed like a clinic with extremely natural results, so when I said I didn’t like something too natural, they said it would be noticeable and that people would ask if I had rhinoplasty. It seems to be because it would be high. But there’s no frontal-view effect, so I’m going to get revision rhinoplasty.
