Today is day 13, and the surgical methods were an implant, osteotomy, and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. The bridge of my nose is higher, but the nasal tip is lifted, and the important thing is that my nose is way too big. The clinic says it’s swelling and that it will go down if I wait, but I want to hear from people with experience. I had the surgery to improve a bulbous nose, but I don’t really see much improvement… ah When the splint was removed, I didn’t have much swelling in my whole face either, so that went down quickly, but can there be separate swelling just in the nose itself? Please give me some advice
