I keep wondering why I had surgery here. I went ahead with nose surgery without looking into it enough. The tip drooped, making it a hooked nose, and the midface looks extremely long. On top of that, I had alar reduction, but it is still big, and nobody can tell I had nose surgery, but now it became a hooked nose... Every time I go to another plastic surgery clinic for consultations about other areas, they always say my nose is too awkward. lol Thanks to that, I am now looking into revision surgery.
