3 years after nose surgery

It’s my 3rd year by calendar count since my first nose surgery.. I developed very slight scar tissue on the alar area, and thankfully I haven’t had any upturning or inflammation. The overall shape turned out on the natural side. For my nostril/alar base reduction for a bulbous nose, my nasal bridge was not originally low, so I wanted not to do anything to it. But they said that if nothing was inserted, a slight low area could form because a gap might open between the reduced alar base and the nasal bridge, so I had 1-2 mm of silicone inserted. I didn’t do anything separately to the alae. For now, I only wanted to correct the bulbous nose, and I really wanted it to look natural..! Since it was my first surgery, I really worked hard going around to consultations, but seriously, back then why was I so obsessed with a natural shape lol.. The consultants and directors at other hospitals tried hard to stop me, saying if I did it that way it would be worse than not doing it lolol and that it wouldn’t look pretty. But I was stubborn as a bull and kept going around until I did it at a hospital that matched what I wanted. Sometimes I wonder, did I even get it done? My alar base isn’t super thin, and on top of that I didn’t raise the bridge much, so personally it looks like a nose that hasn’t had surgery. Of course, people who can tell do notice lol. Since the surgery until now, among people who don’t know my old nose shape, three people have asked whether I had surgery, so if I count people who didn’t say anything because we weren’t close or they worried it would be awkward, I guess everyone who can tell does notice after all.. ;_; Of course, because I emphasized and asked the doctor for a very natural look almost like I was singing it repeatedly until right before surgery, I think the current result is something the hospital made well according to my requests. + As for the scar tissue, you have to look closely enough that I wonder if this is even really scar tissue, and it also appeared rather late.. I was too lazy to contact the hospital separately. Personally, the shape feels too ambiguous, so I’m thinking about revision surgery, and I plan to ask about it together when I go around for consultations again.
