Has anyone had surgery to lift the columella?

Has anyone had surgery to lift the columella? I had it done using a method where they lift it with threads, and I also had alar reduction... It’s now been close to 50 days~ The right side of my columella started to bend, then it kept getting worse, and now it has sunk down, so the asymmetry is really severe.. When I look at my right-side profile, the columella has collapsed and is protruding... The hospital keeps saying every time to wait 6 months, but there should at least be some sign that it’s getting somewhat better.. If I could expect that the shape of my nose would improve in the future, I’d think, “I’ve endured almost 2 months so far, so I can endure just 4 more months”.. But the tightening symptoms, like a pulling, shriveling sensation from threads inside my nose, pressure throughout the whole nose, a foreign-body sensation inside the nose, headaches, etc. are so hard to tolerate. The lower part of the columella (the part closer to the philtrum) feels like it is being pulled inward into the nose, and my philtrum is being pulled too.. My philtrum has bent to the left, from a | shape to a / shape, and because the philtrum is pulling, when I close my mouth, there is unusually a lot of tension in my right jaw. When I take photos, it looks like the distorted muscle is about to show only on one side of my jaw.. In my pre-op photos, my philtrum and columella were not bent. After searching around, I saw in a plastic surgeon’s column that if the columella is bent, it needs early correction... They said later scar tissue forms and correction becomes difficult.. The bending of the columella is getting worse and worse. The philtrum pulling and bending symptoms are not improving even though it’s almost been 2 months, and it’s shifting more to one side. Shouldn’t all the threads used to lift it be removed? I’m worried that if it gets delayed, my whole face will become distorted, and my daily routine and quality of life have dropped so much~~ I uploaded photos last time, but I wrote something like the hospital’s initials ㄱㄴㄷㄹ, and somehow they knew right away and the hospital said something to me, so for now I’m not uploading them... I only wanted to have a slight alar reduction.. but like these things go, after the consultation I ended up doing several things, and now I regret it so much. Today I had made an appointment with the hospital in advance (I booked it last week for 4:30), and I had told them beforehand that it was a consultation regarding removal, so I went there to have the consultation. But they only dragged things out by scheduling a consultation with the consultant, and kept saying the same thing, to keep waiting and monitoring the progress until 6 months... I couldn’t even see the director. They said the patient’s surgery wasn’t over. Is it okay not to keep a consultation appointment with a patient who is trying to be seen for post-op follow-up after surgery? It was almost 6 o’clock, so I said I would wait, and they said there was also another patient waiting for the next surgery.. The hospital closes at 7, so that makes no sense... They said they’ll call me on Monday.. I live outside Seoul and I’m an office worker, so I took time off and went, and I’m seriously furious~~
