I was diagnosed with severe rhinitisㅠ and since I had also wanted a nose job, while opening up the nose I had implant-free surgery for a hump nose? and droopy-tip nose at the same time. First of all, I’m extremely satisfied with the shape, and the rhinitis surgery also went well. I can definitely breathe better.
I asked for a natural-looking shape, and the doctor said their hospital originally does a natural style. So maybe because it looked natural after surgery, people around me have reacted well, and I’m satisfied too! They shaved down the dorsal hump slightly, put a little cartilage in the glabella area, and placed septal cartilage in the nasal tip to build support. I couldn’t take or upload a true side-view photo by myself, only a 45-degree side view, but the true side view improved a lot. My nasal tip no longer looks like it is drooping.
For rhinitis, I had the 3-piece rhinitis surgery set: nasal valve, rhinitis, and deviated septum surgery.
*Pros of ENT clinic You can definitely worry less about functional problems arising during surgery. Even though my nose had rhinitis and breathing issues, some plastic surgery clinics recommended osteotomy.
*Cons of ENT clinic There is none of that plastic-surgery-clinic atmosphere of trying to make it hurt less? or pampering you. It can feel a bit like being meat in front of doctors? You know what I mean, that kind of feeling.
*I don’t think I can answer hospital info one by one anymore, so I had it done at SPS!
