After <before-and-after photos> after after I was originally concerned because I had a hump nose and an arrow-shaped nasal tip, so I was thinking about surgery. When I looked up reviews from men, this place had decent photos and the results looked good, so I immediately booked a consultation.
I went around for consultations when it was really hot, and it was hot.. Since it was my first time and I was clueless, I'm grateful to the consultant who guided me well lol. I remember there were a lot of things I didn't know from start to finish, so there was a lot they had to explain. The director also shaped the line for me.. let me look in the mirror several times, and drew pictures on the tablet so it would be easy to understand.
What made me feel confident about the director's experience was that he pinpointed exactly the part I was most concerned about and said that if we fixed this, I would probably look more handsome.. He spoke about the surgical outcome positively and confidently.
I had also prepared photos and was rambling about the shape I wanted, saying this and that.. to the point where I don't even remember how I explained it, but he said it was definitely possible. I was told my septal cartilage was sufficient, so they could use that; they would do osteotomy and hump correction, and for the nostrils looking large, they suggested lowering the nostril rims. They said that if I also did bulbous nose correction, I probably wouldn't need alar reduction.
For my eyes, I had them done separately by another director at the hospital (under-eye fat removal, non-incisional ptosis correction). Emphasizing again, it was not repositioning; I had removal. Anyway, it's been about two months since surgery now, and I can clearly see that a lot of the major swelling has gone down. I'll have to keep watching the minor swelling.. but people around me are acknowledging that my impression looks so much better than before. I'm happy that I overcame my complex, and since other people like it too, my satisfaction is going up and I feel more confident.
