I had a CT scan, and based on the internal examination results, I was guided toward autologous costal cartilage because my septal cartilage is small and weak When I said I was worried about the existing support strength, they said they would do the nasal tip surgery in a way that reinforces the septal cartilage, so they told me not to worry about that point I wanted a dramatic nose, but they said if they raised it sharply with my current nose, it would look pinched, and as time passes, the shape could deform, so I changed to a natural-yet-defined style I’m also going to visit the other hospital I’m waiting on now
