If you look at it one way, it means the nose has been opened 4 times.. open irrigation, damn.. It was not cutting the columella, but they said they opened it at two points. Still, it was opened.. This time I removed the silicone, and did an implant-free tip only with ear cartilage, but that also failed so I want to remove it too..... Ugh, I guess my original nose is already a lost cause..
