I had a revision surgery before, removed all the silicone, and the autologous costal cartilage they put in was too high and bent, so in the end I am a case where I am removing it after just one year? The bridge does not need to be touched, and they said they would do a full removal of the tip, using autologous dermis or AlloDerm if needed. But in cases like this, is it more expensive than removal when silicone is still in place? My friend said that when she asked about full removal for silicone plus contracture, the price they quoted was 100 less than mine.. (same hospital) And this place seems to be somewhat famous for recommending functional nose surgery, right? I do have rhinitis originally. Is recommending it a bad thing..? I saw someone say they skipped this place because of that

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 21 Has anyone lowered or removed a hooked nose, a droopy nose, or a bulbous nose?
I’m curious whether, when it’s removed or lowered, it droops more than the original nose, or whether only the alar base spreads out T_T
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 21 Will this step between my nasal tip and bridge go away over time? I am so anxious

If you look at it one way, it means the nose has been opened 4 times.. open irrigation, damn.. It was not cutting the columella, but they said they opened it at two points. Still, it was opened.. This time I removed the silicone, and did…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 21 Nose skin after removal..
For those who had it removed, is your nose skin doing okay? I’m wondering whether anything comes out on the nose or whether it gets like dermatitis.
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoAug 21 Worried that leaving the columellar support behind could lead to a beak-like deformity after removal
I'm already having trouble sleeping because I'm worried before my nose removal surgery. I'm planning to proceed with removal while leaving the columellar support behind, but I'm worried that after surgery, if the tip drops and the area…
