Nose Re-Surgery

I consulted about full nose removal today and even paid the deposit, but suddenly I am second-guessing myself

I had a revision surgery before, removed all the silicone, and the autologous costal cartilage they put in was too high and bent, so in the end I am a case where I am removing it after just one year? The bridge does not need to be touched, and they said they would do a full removal of the tip, using autologous dermis or AlloDerm if needed. But in cases like this, is it more expensive than removal when silicone is still in place? My friend said that when she asked about full removal for silicone plus contracture, the price they quoted was 100 less than mine.. (same hospital) And this place seems to be somewhat famous for recommending functional nose surgery, right? I do have rhinitis originally. Is recommending it a bad thing..? I saw someone say they skipped this place because of that
