It was a consultation for my first surgery for a hump nose. Other places consult in the order of manager - director - manager, but here they took photos and a CT first, then went straight into the consultation with the director. Unlike other hospitals, they did not mention osteotomy and said they would only slightly refine the hump, then use ear cartilage to raise the nasal tip and glabella. They pursued making it as natural as possible, and I liked that they consulted while taking my facial features into consideration…
