Before Before After After It has been one month since I had abdominal liposuction~ The swelling is all gone, but I think there is still some firmness I heard aftercare is good for loosening the firm areas, so I am getting it regularly, and I usually walk for 30 minutes at a time~
My abdominal circumference decreased by 10 cm compared with before surgery!!!!!! After the stitches were removed, the swelling went down quickly haha. I am so happy that when I sit, my belly does not fold out in a bulge (So far, I do not see any sagging)
I like snacks, so I was really worried, but they also gave me a nutrition consultation and provided a 1:1 customized solution to match that~ I am going to try managing my eating habits once haha
