There wasn't an examination using specialized equipment, so I thought people who go around to several places for consultations might find it less trustworthy. During the consultation too, he speaks based on his experience repeatedly performing the same surgery many times. It seems like he has handled that many cases. He proceeds with the consultation by looking with his eyes and pinching/holding the area. Because of that, since he tries to operate safely, he doesn't remove too much. But even removing less still definitely has an effect! For fat grafting, it was optional, but people I know recommended that I do it, so I got it in the sunken cheek areas and the front chin. Since I went from not having it to having it, it felt awkward, so I didn't go for a retouch. I don't know how much remains. It was good because it matched my mindset of wanting to have surgery without being greedy!
