My chest was seriously as flat as gum stuck on asphalt (and I’m not even on the skinny side), so I thought implants would look way too obvious and feel uncomfortable.. I wanted something natural, so I decided on fat grafting. At first, they said stem cells were much more expensive but had a better engraftment rate, and I wanted to be done in just one round, so I did it with stem cells. But maybe because my breasts were so small, even though they put in a large volume, 330 and 350 cc, after time passed, barely just the shape remained lololololㅠㅠ Even after doing it, I became an AA cup. Still, looking at reviews, everyone said they usually do up to a second round, so this summer I went ahead with a second round using PRP. It definitely got bigger than after the first round. But I’m still an A cup.. not even a full A lololololol But I like that I have even a little bit of breast volume now, and most of all I like that liposuction can be done at the same time, so this winter I’m planning to do a third round with arm liposuction. Yep, I’m the sucker here.. I think breast fat grafting is probably more effective for people who already have some assets to work with. For people with almost no breasts, the skin has never been stretched before, so you can’t put in much from the start. Even if they put in just a little, right after surgery the skin gets so tight and swollen that it feels like it might burst.
