I wrote around 2-3 months after removal, and time has flown by, so it’s already been 6 months.

My first surgery was for a hump nose and functional surgery at a large clinic in Gangnam over 10 years ago, and 6 months ago I had removal/revision surgery at a clinic near Apgujeong Exit 4, one of two clinics famous for revision surgery, specifically the one known for doing natural-looking results.
What worried me most in the early period after surgery was the feeling that my nasal tip was high and upturned, and that the columella came down sharply. I was worried because even after removing the silicone and releasing the nasal tip, it still looked high, but after 6 months the height has come down a bit and my nose has spread out more than a typical operated-looking nose.
To explain what I mean by the columella looking like it came down sharply, I’m attaching photos taken around 2-3 months. For about a month after surgery, maybe because of swelling, the columella didn’t really bother me, but as the swelling went down during months 2 and 3, every time I took photos the columella looked slimmer and more pointed downward, so I was really stressed, visited the clinic several times... kept taking photos and comparing them with my previous nose shape... I think I had a hard time for at least two months.
But after about 5 months, that sharp-looking columella disappeared and the front view changed again. I don’t really know why... I felt depressed thinking that as more swelling went down, the columella would become even slimmer and uglier, but I do think it might be because the nasal tip slowly came down more, making the columella show less.
Anyway, overall I’m living satisfied. I think it’s true that they did it naturally and safely. Before removal, many people asked whether I’d had nose surgery, but now nobody pays attention to my nose, and I look at my own nose less too.
Everyone, I hope you choose carefully for your first surgery, revision surgery, and removal surgery, and I’m writing because I want to say that even if you’re really stressed around 2-3 months, unless there’s a very major problem, if you wait, the shape can change again.
