Ten years ago, when I was young, my mom dragged me along and I had surgery in a huge rush, like roasting beans over a lightning fire. From what I remember, I think I had septal cartilage binding, and because my nose wasn’t low, they said they partially inserted silicone. It was uncomfortable that the nasal tip was hard and I couldn’t make a pig nose, but as time passed, the cartilage show-through at the nasal tip became worse, and the columella came down, creating an unnatural arrow-shaped nose, so I decided to have removal surgery. My original nose was a short nose with visible nostrils, but after surgery, as time goes by, the shape of my nose keeps getting stranger. Is there anyone with a case like mine …
