My first surgery in 2017 was silicone in the bridge, septal cartilage at the tip, and tip suturing. In 2020 I had revision because my bridge looked too low, so the silicone was replaced as aftercare. The replacement was too high, so I had it replaced again. Even after that, the silicone became crooked and the area between my eyes stayed high, so I kept feeling stressed about it. Now I really want it out. I do not want the tip touched or removed. This is not a case of contracture or inflammation. Has anyone had a similar case? + I had a consultation at [Clinic A] today. They said that because my nasal line is straight, it should be possible to remove only the bridge silicone, and that it would become more naturally curved than now. My bridge is high and the tip is relatively low. There may or may not be an uneven step; if one develops, they said it could be lightly corrected with filler. They said the capsule was apparently not removed at all during my revision, so they would remove it together this time. If the capsule from my first surgery cannot be removed, they said they would cut it. But the cost was very high for me T_T They also did not explain how it would look aesthetically. I may get another consultation and proceed here if I still want to do it after consulting elsewhere. I have another appointment in two days, so I will visit more places. I will write all the reviews after visiting [Clinic B], [Clinic C], [Clinic D], and [Clinic E]!

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 Can I smoke after complete implant removal?
When I had my first surgery using donor rib cartilage, the doctor told me never to smoke again. Would smoking be possible six months after complete removal? Are there cases where contracture occurs because of smoking or drinking after…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 Sutures in the nasal mucous membrane
I had my first nose surgery with septal cartilage and silicone two summers ago. Even then, shortly after surgery, a suture was slightly protruding from the left nasal mucous membrane; I noticed it while cleaning inside my nose with a…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 Could visible cartilage at the tip alone be a problem?
I had the silicone removed and my nose tip lowered, so my nose is neither high nor sharp. There are photos in my previous post! But a little cartilage is visible at the tip. Functionally, there’s no problem, right?
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 I need to decide on a complete nose-removal clinic soon
Honestly, I had already excluded [Clinic A] and [Clinic B] after researching online. I’m trying to choose between [Clinic C] and [Clinic D], and I consulted at both. I prefer [Clinic D] more, but it exceeds my budget, so I’m also going to…
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoOct 26 I’m the person who said I got a butt-shaped nose after removal
The left photo is immediately after removal, and the right is six months later. There is a photo of my nose in the previous post. Looking at it now, there was already a slightly dark vertical area around the columella immediately after…
