Otherwise, I will look elsewhere again T_T When I was young and knew nothing, I went to a large hospital’s ENT department for rhinitis surgery, but when they said my dorsal hump would disappear, I casually had cosmetic surgery at the same time. But I do not think they actually shaved the hump. At the time, I had silicone and septal cartilage at the tip. Doesn’t my bridge look too high and the drooping downward look unattractive in the photos? T_T It drooped almost immediately after surgery…… On top of that, the tip cartilage has protruded inward into the nose and can be felt. I have sadly lived with this nose until now. So I want to have surgery again now..! I really do not want anything put in my nose T_T Even then, I said I did not want silicone, but I was told it had to be done, so I accepted it T_T But I also dislike my natural nose. So I think I need complete removal, repositioning of the tip, and refinement of the hump. What do you think about Megaderm and Alloderm? Are they dangerous too? I am worried about what to do if an uneven step develops... Please do not pass by without giving me some advice……🙏🏻
