Um, this is a hospital I visited after seeing their blog when my nose was ruined and I only wanted to remove the silicone. The director was kind, explained things well, and tried as much as possible to go in the direction I wanted. They suggested a method of removing the silicone and using ear cartilage and postauricular dermis to suit the nasal tip. But when I went to another hospital, they said silicone was absolutely necessary to match the nasal tip, and the price felt burdensome, so I just ended up not having surgery… But thinking about it now, since it was revision surgery, the price wasn’t that burdensome, so I think it could be okay to look around carefully and then have surgery.
