I visited this hospital after seeing a blog post, when I wanted to fix my nose and only remove the silicone. The director was kind, explained things well, and tried to follow the direction I wanted as much as possible. He suggested removing the silicone and using ear cartilage and postauricular dermis to match the nasal tip. But when I went to another hospital, they said silicone was absolutely necessary to match the nasal tip, and the price was also a burden, so I just decided not to have surgery... Still, if I think about it, it would be a revision, and the price was not so high that I could not afford it, so after shopping around carefully, it might be fine to go ahead with surgery.
