Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

1 month after alar reduction and columella graft

Before<Before>Before and after Hi, after living with a pig nose for 10 years, I finally decided after much thought that I should get an alar reduction, so I went to ㅇㄴ Medi, which is famous for alar reduction. First of all, I’m the type who definitely pursues a natural look, so I didn’t want implants and I didn’t want it to look obvious!

During the consultation, they recommended alar reduction + columella graft. For the nostril wings, the doctor reduced them while checking the shape during surgery, and in the middle he showed me a mirror and said he would only excise and suture about this much.. I said I wanted him to reduce them more, but he said then it would become exactly unnatural! So we stopped there and went straight into the columella graft. I think the whole surgery took a little over 30 minutes. It only hurt during anesthesia, but the doctor isn’t really the gentle type, he’s more of a very masculine style.. He just inserts the needle right away without saying anything. I only teared up a little then, and it didn’t hurt even when the anesthesia wore off.

It’s now been one month since the reduction and columella procedure. Even my parents don’t know I got my nose done lolololol But what I commonly hear is, why did you somehow get so much prettier? That’s what they said. Even when I look at it, it doesn’t look obvious. There are no scars either!

But my impression really feels a little more refined. I’m so glad I got the columella graft! I have no dissatisfaction with the plastic surgery! But I’m someone who laughs a lot, and not being able to smile widely for a monthㅠㅠㅠ was really hard. Except for that! The best part is when everyone can’t tell what changed but says I got prettier hahaha
