I visited and had a consultation because of a facelift, and the manager, desk staff, and director were all kind. The director’s explanation was very detailed, almost like I was studying, and he spoke gently while showing me surgical scenes, which was a little scary. The manager was kind too, but the pressure to pay a reservation deposit was stronger than at other places.
