I went for a consultation because of a facelift, and everyone from the director to the front desk to the head doctor was kind. The head doctor explained things in a very detailed, almost study-like way, in a gentle tone, while showing me scenes from the surgery, which was a little scary. The director was kind too, but the deposit pressure was rather strong compared with other places.
