Before before before / after after after It has been one month since I received facial contouring surgery (square jaw surgery + chin tip surgery + cheekbone reduction) from Director Kim Hyun-joo, chief director at RU Plastic Surgery, so I’m leaving a review. First of all, this place really made me think, I wish they were my actual older sisters. The managers are that kind.. To be honest, I had already put down a deposit at another hospital, but I felt uneasy, so I was going around for consultations thinking this would be the last place. I happened to find out about RU Plastic Surgery and went just to get a consultation, and while consulting, they spoke really honestly and refreshingly, which I liked. And most importantly, I really liked the director haha With explanations that were easy to understand, she immediately looked and knew why I had been stressed about my face shape all this time, and what would be good to improve, even though I hadn’t said anything haha Seeing how confident she was about the surgery made me feel really reassured, so I ignored the deposit at the previous hospital and put down a deposit there that same day haha
The director even came out to the reception desk herself to see me off, and she was so sweet On the day of surgery, after I arrived, the manager even personally removed the necklace that wouldn’t come off, and I entered the operating room while receiving reassuring guidance. The operating room staff also kindly told me not to be nervous. When I opened my eyes, I was in the recovery room, and as the anesthesia started wearing off, I felt so cold. The manager raised the bed temperature, brought me water and my phone, and checked on me frequently to see if anything was uncomfortable haha Here the sweet director appeared again >< Somehow I ended up going home alone, so since I didn’t have a guardian, she was really worried..
Even late at night, I remember the director saying she needed to see whether I could go home by myself, and I waddled down the hallway.. hahaha The managers and director here really make you feel like they are working just for you alone. They said it would be hard to eat, so they packed me plenty of New Care, and they even saw me off to the elevator. I’m still truly grateful.. After that, they contacted me first and asked how my condition was, and thanks to them, I recovered quickly. Of course the surgery itself is basic, but I could see that they really put effort into aftercare. Even now, I get excited every time I go for follow-ups haha It feels like I’m going to show off my face to the kind managers and director >< It has only been a month, so there is still some swelling, but compared with an acquaintance who had it done at another hospital, I think my recovery is much faster. I can open my mouth more too, and maybe because I also had cortical bone shaving, from the front, my face has become really much slimmer..!!! I’m looking forward to the swelling going down day by day♡
