Under-eye fat repositioning review

It’s been 3 weeks since I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery. I only had the fat repositioned with a fat transfer/repositioning technique, and since the fat had been protruding a lot, I’m satisfied with the surgical result. The swelling still hasn’t fully gone down, so I don’t know if there will be changes after it all subsides, but so far my under-eye area is flat, my impression looks brighter, and I look much younger than before surgery. Because the swelling hasn’t gone down completely, my wrinkles also look less visible, so maybe right now could be the youngest-looking day of my life. As the swelling goes down, in proportion to that, the wrinkles that were hidden by the swelling are slowly starting to show, so I’m curious and anxious about what will happen going forward. I had some slight under-eye wrinkles and sagging too, so I considered lower blepharoplasty, but the doctor advised against it, saying that even if there are some wrinkles, fat repositioning would look more natural. So far, I’m quite satisfied.
