Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Removal for an elongated nose

Today, I finally reached 6 months and had it removed ㅠㅠ I had it done under twilight anesthesia, so it was uncomfortable, but it did not hurt as much as I had worried. Now that the surgery is over, it hurts more ㅠ Blood is also flowing down, and my nasal tip is totally bulbous haha I thought my nasal tip had only been lengthened with a support using ear cartilage (no implant, nasal tip surgery only), but when they opened it up, they said they had also used a little septal cartilage. (They had only told me that if there was not enough cartilage from one ear, they would have to use cartilage from the other ear; they did not tell me they used septal cartilage.) And they said they operated using a surgical method called rotation grafting? I had never heard of it before. They did not explain that surgical method either, and since my nose had just become longer, I naturally thought it had only been lengthened with ear cartilage.

I did not have surgery with one of the so-called top three, but at the hospital named after the director who is the most famous these days. Even though twilight anesthesia was really hard, there was no worry about a shadow doctor, and I could really feel that they were very meticulous. If anyone is considering early removal, I hope you do not do it. After having nose surgery myself, I felt that if I had done early removal, somehow my nose might have ended up a mess. I hope I recover well now. If you are about to have twilight anesthesia, you can ask me in the comments!
