Eye Surgery Reviews

Clinic Community Review

A surgery that places the fat protruding between the under-eye fullness area and the tear-trough area back inward and reinforces the septum so it does not protrude, repositioning it.

Because it does not spread the fat through an incision below the anterior cheek, the front area may actually feel sunken after surgery.

Additional fat grafting is done to compensate for that feeling, and it is a separate surgery from under-eye fat repositioning. (For women, adding fat may be recommended, but for men, is it really necessary?)
