A surgery that puts the protruding fat between the aegyo-sal area and the under-eye groove back inward and reinforces the orbital septum so it does not protrude, repositioning it. Because it does not involve making an incision below the anterior cheek to spread the fat, the front area may actually feel sunken after surgery. Additional fat grafting is done to compensate for that feeling, and it is a separate surgery from lower eyelid fat repositioning. (For women, adding fat may be recommended, but for men, is it really necessary?)
