The tip of my nose droops, and my nostrils are triangular. The biggest stress for me is my nostrils. If I do it this time, it will be my 6th revision surgery. I went around to many clinics for consultations, and they all said almost the same thing. Even if I get revision rhinoplasty, it will be difficult for my nostrils to come out round the way I want. But they said they would try their best. The cost is well over 10 million won, and I have to use autologous rib cartilage. But the effect would be minimal? If so, would you get the revision surgery? I'm so torn After paying over 10 million won, would it be better if my nostrils become even a little....better than now, or since I don't even know how the result will turn out and even if there is improvement, it would only be very slight, should I just live like this? If it were you, what choice would you make?
