I went to consultations at 5 places for revision rhinoplasty (planning revision with autologous costal cartilage) Among them, I’m debating between Clinic F and Clinic L. First,
Clinic F -> The consultation with the director was really good. He understood the parts I was concerned about and the improvements needed, and showed me the shape through Photoshop. It was exactly the shape I wanted, and he was kind. If there’s one thing that bothers me, it’s that they said I’d need general anesthesia.
Clinic L -> The director’s surgery finished late, so the waiting time was over 1 hour. The consultation with Director Yoon wasn’t bad. He spoke calmly and shaped the nose well too, but he looked a bit tired. There were many foreigners. Maybe because there were so many people, the consultant didn’t really push anything, and there was no follow-up contact after the consultation. It was almost to the point where I wondered if they were actually indifferent..? The price was the most expensive. Here, they proceed under sedation anesthesia, and the nose line in the before-and-after photos is exactly the shape I want. But I’m also worried that aftercare might not be good after surgery?
