I was worried about sebum after my nose surgery, and after getting a recommendation from someone I know, I got a nabee-zone peeling at Muse. If you're worried about sebum around your nose after nose surgery, I recommend it. It was pretty good, and the price was cheap too. The only inconvenient thing is that it's a bit of a walk uphill from Gangnam Station.
