After getting canthoplasty at 2.5, I looked like a monster for a while whenever I cried or made facial expressions, so it was stressful. After that, my eyes definitely became bigger than before. I recommend not being greedy like me and choosing a lower canthoplasty level. It was such a long time ago that I don't remember the price, but maybe because I had the surgery right before the Chuseok holiday, there were huge delays, and I don't plan to get canthoplasty again.
