It was frustrating because the director's name was not on the website. They should at least write the director's name. The website was like that, and it was not a clinic that did a lot of advertising. There was no separate consultation with a consultant manager, and the desk did not organize and explain things either. You have to ask the director about everything, including price, surgery time, and after-service. The staff were not friendly and seemed irritated and worn out from being busy.
