It’s been 2 weeks since my under-eye fat repositioning, but the inner corner/tear lake area at the front of one eye has become longer, so it looks like I had epicanthoplasty Could it be because of swelling? I think I saw on a forum that after under-eye fat repositioning, the tear lake can open up more. Has anyone experienced this? Will it go back once the swelling goes down.. I don’t understand what under-eye incision has to do with the tear lake area
