My eye characteristics: I had my first surgery a long time ago with a partial incision, my eye-opening strength is good, and because of fat and sagging eyelids, my double eyelid line doesn’t show (half loosened). The distance between my eyes and eyebrows feels average.
Conditions I want for surgery - 1st priority: remove the sagging eyelid skin that makes my eyes look thick, and remove fat - 2nd priority: do not want epicanthoplasty, do not want ptosis correction - 3rd priority: I want a semi-out line, but if all the conditions above are met, an in-out line is also possible.
After looking into it, I heard removing too much fat is not good,,, and that if sagging eyelid skin removal is done incorrectly, the line can become uneven, and if too much is removed, later on you may not be able to get revision surgery even if you want to,,, But I really hate the thick look of my eyes, so I do want some amount removed.
When I first started looking for a revision surgery hospital, I mainly looked at hospitals that create a glamorous semi-out look?? But after looking into my eye characteristics, I felt like if semi-out is done wrong on eyes like mine, they’ll just become sausage eyes
What hospitals would be good at evaluating cases with conditions like these,,,?
