The consultation with the director was the only one where they used Photoshop to draw how the side profile of my nose would turn out. But he only briefly looked at the nose photos I wanted, and it felt like the director had a very specific nose style he pursues. Other people said he looked a bit tired, but I didn’t feel that way... They said CCTV cannot be checked, and that it is only used for evidence submission if something happens. They recommended surgery with nasal silicone implant, lowering the columella, and using donated costal cartilage to raise the nasal tip. The consultant did suggest paying a reservation deposit, but not to an uncomfortable degree. Mid-4 million KRW range, CT scan fee 10,000 KRW.

It was a clinic I looked up in a hurry because I planned to ask when I got there, so I booked and had the consultation on the same day. First of all, you can clearly tell it’s a large factory-style clinic. I was surprised because it really felt like a robot-making factory, where each person goes in one after another once the person before them is done. The turnover rate is good and there was really no waiting. I got a CT scan (I think there was no fee, probably..?) and consulted with the consultant, but the consultant drew the line first. why... And when I asked about the director, she said it seemed he had left the clinic, so I just had a consultation with the director she recommended and came out. The director was kind, but it felt like he had come out during surgery, and he recommended osteotomy + custom silicone implant + donated costal cartilage. This was the only place that did not recommend lowering the columella. With that, I think it came out to the high-4 million KRW range. They told me to record the CCTV video myself, there was no push for a reservation deposit, and no consultation fee.

During the follow-up consultation with the consultant, there was quite a bit of pressure to pay a reservation deposit. It came out to the mid-4 million KRW range.
