I know my nose is pretty hopeless, but the price seems way too high, so I wanted to ask First of all, my nose is short and small, but it’s a bulbous nose. And my nostrils are wide/flared. I have no nasal bridge, my columella is retracted so it looks upturned, and my skin is on the thicker side. The line I’m aiming for is a straight-to-slightly-curved line that’s natural-but-glam, but I want natural-but-glam that’s closer to a somewhat flashy look (because I’m worried I’ll regret it later if I make it too natural...) The surgical methods the director recommended were nasal tip fat removal, silicone implant for the bridge, a support strut using autologous rib cartilage or donated rib cartilage, tying the nasal tip cartilage, and lowering the columella. The total came out to low 5 million KRW for autologous rib and high 4 million KRW for donated rib, on the condition that I write a review••• The consultant said to contact her if I’m hesitant because the price is too high. Even though it’s my first surgery, at this price, it’s right to negotiate, isn’t it? Oh, and can I ask the consultant things I’m curious about via KakaoTalk?? Usually after a consultation, if you have questions, do people tend to call? Sorry for asking so many questions. Next time I’ll write a review of my consultation rounds.
