During the consultations with the consultant and the director, I don’t think I felt much professionalism. Other than touching the nasal line a little and briefly lifting the nasal tip with a cotton swab, they just reflected only the superficially visible parts and roughly said I could do this and that. I went for a rhinoplasty consultation, but they kept talking about my eyes and recommended eye canthoplasty + fat grafting as well, which felt very burdensome.
