I didn’t really feel much professionalism in the consultations with the consultation manager and the director. Other than lightly touching my nose line and briefly lifting the tip of my nose with a cotton swab, they mostly just said to roughly do this and that based on the parts visible on the surface. I came for a consultation about nose surgery, but they kept talking about my eyes and strongly recommended eye canthoplasty + fat grafting, which felt very burdensome.
