I went for a revision surgery consultation because of nasal tip drooping and because I could feel cartilage inside my nostrils. They told me that since I don’t have much extra skin, if more cartilage is added to lift the nasal tip, there is a high possibility of cartilage show-through. They also explained every possible side effect, including nostril retraction, breathing-related side effects that can occur when correcting a crooked nose, and nostril asymmetry. The director explained things kindly, but as I listened, I became more worried about the surgery. Still, these are things I definitely needed to know, so I’m grateful! I liked that there was no pressure for advertising and no pressure to make a reservation.
