I went to five places in person, but I did a lot of online research and narrowed it down to places said to specialize in revision surgery. There were places I gave up on because the price was too high / places I ruled out because the consultant was way too pushy
Anyway, the place I ultimately chose was one that said they could operate by reusing my autologous costal cartilage + quoted a price within the budget I had in mind + was mentioned a lot and well-known for revision surgery, and I was drawn to them because they explained the columella correction in detail. That’s why I chose them, and honestly the surgery turned out way better than I expected, so I’m truly, genuinely satisfied
Once my nasal tip became more natural, my overall impression and vibe changed, people around me said the surgery was really well done, and my mom used to say my nose looked artificial. Before this revision surgery, she kept scolding me asking why I was doing it, but after seeing that it turned out well, she said it changed naturally and praised me, saying I did well..
Anyway, everyone, when choosing a hospital, make sure to work hard going to consultations, and never get greedy with cosmetic surgery and overdo it excessively.. I think moderate is the prettiest. I only realized it after going through this
