I had a hump before, so I went in thinking about osteotomy, but doing only osteotomy somehow felt a bit lacking... I guess everyone feels that way.. lol So while I was looking into it, I read various reviews and looked up the director’s experience, and ended up getting nose surgery at Avec Plastic Surgery. As I went around for nose consultations, I learned about things I hadn’t known before (nose materials, types of nose surgery, care, safety systems), and slowly the hospitals got narrowed down. Among them, I had surgery at the place where the reviews best matched the aesthetic I wanted and where the consultation was good! My nasal bridge wasn’t originally on the low side, so I decided to go without an implant, and I decided to have surgery for a hump nose and crooked nose. Honestly, I was really worried whether this could be corrected all at once, but I think it ended successfully in one go!! Maybe because the surgery went well and my nose has exactly the feeling I wanted, I’m so satisfied even though it’s a bit swollen now. It’s still week 2, so there’s swelling, but I’m curious and excited to see how it will look after all the swelling goes down haha I also had functional nose surgery, and since I always struggled in fall and winter, I’m really looking forward to how it will be.
