After getting rhinoplasty here, my life was seriously so hard.
I’m writing this with a sense of mission, hoping maybe I can save someone’s nose, seriously..
I had surgery for a hump nose, osteotomy, bulbous nose, and short nose without an implant, but my nose wasn’t even that short to begin with, and it wasn’t a nose that really needed lengthening. But they did septal extension without even saying they would, and they extended the columella, which they hadn’t even mentioned during the consultation, so much that my nose became extremely long and turned into a droopy, arrow-shaped nose. Being hard and pointy was a bonus^^ Seeing that they operated on things they hadn’t discussed during the consultation, it seems like there was no communication with the patient and they just operate only in their own way.
I had surgery in January, and they said the surgery time was 5:30, but I think I actually went into surgery around 7. When I went home, it was 10.. lol I really question how many surgeries they did that day and whether they went into surgery tailored to each person’s needs. Everyone knows they don’t show CCTV here, right?
I don’t know exactly whether they use brokers or not, but when I posted in a community, without specifying the clinic name, saying I thought my nose was botched, the consultant told me to take the post down..lol It was scary, seriously, whew I didn’t even specify the clinic name, but they seem to monitor and censor extremely thoroughly. But because I complained so much, they also never brought up the three reviews on BabiTalk and Gangnam Unni that had been event conditions, like they had forgotten all about them. Honestly, I think it’s right not to have surgery at clinics that put conditions like that in the first place.
Seriously, from the moment the splint came off, every day when I looked in the mirror it was just a series of depression and despair. I did receive AS, but they added the cartilage shaved from the columella onto the nasal tip, so the tip became even pointier..
They said the AS period was 1 year, which is why I had surgery there, but every time I went for a consultation and said what I wanted, their tone and expression were like they really couldn’t understand me.. lol I was boiling with anger inside. It just seems like they think the single nose shape they pursue is the only “correct answer,” and they operate only that way, ignoring individual needs and facial proportions.
I had been trying to forget about it, but I really couldn’t live like this anymore, so while going around for consultations for removal surgery, I requested photos of my original nose, and they said I had to come in person and take pictures of them. I wondered what I had even expected, so I just didn’t get them.
This doctor says they pursue a natural-yet-glamorous look, but it’s not natural-yet-glamorous, it’s just glamorous itself. Even for a first surgery, they make it look pointy and pinched.
Now I’ve had removal surgery, my nose has become similar to my old nose, and I’m living each day gratefully.. Anyone who is going to have surgery here, please really think carefully
