If a Man Has Revision Nose Surgery...

Will I seem too sensitive? When I had my first surgery, they said I didn’t need to touch the nasal bridge and only needed to raise the nasal tip, so I only did the tip without an implant, but there’s no change and I regret it. So now I’m thinking of using silicone while having revision surgery. But at that time, I already used up both septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I was told the last resort would be donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. At LBL, they explained the difference between autologous costal cartilage and donated costal cartilage and told me to choose, and I’m leaning toward donated costal cartilage. People around me say, isn’t it too much for a man to be interested in appearance, but still, for a man, having a certain amount of nasal bridge is what makes the face come alive…
