I have a long face and a long chin, so I wanted to get two procedures: square jaw surgery and chin-tip surgery, but the nerve line was too close, so I couldn't do the chin tip. It has been one month since I had square jaw surgery and buccal fat liposuction. I still have a lot of swelling, but does it look like there is an effect? The surgery itself went well, but I think my facial bones themselves are the problem
