The consultation started with the director here. Usually it starts with the consultant, but here it was the director first. And the director was quite confident. Even the way they spoke had a very confidence-overflowing style. They quickly understood what I wanted, and I liked how they tried to talk things through with me to reflect my needs as much as possible. The consultant also didn’t excessively recommend this and that; instead, they wrapped up the consultation while organizing what I had discussed with the director. What really appealed to me here was that aftercare/revision service is provided without a time limit.
