You start by consulting with the director here. Usually you consult with the manager first, but here the director was extremely confident. The tone alone was full-on confident. He quickly understood what I wanted, and I liked how he tried to talk things through with me and reflect my needs as much as possible. The manager also did not push a bunch of extra recommendations; instead, we wrapped up the consultation by organizing what I had discussed with the director. What really drew me in here was that aftercare is available with no time limit.
